Payment Terms

All materials, methodologies, and intellectual property developed by Humble Agency LLC remain the property of the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-specific deliverables may be transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in individual agreements.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature, and implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client. Humble Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality consulting services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success depends on many factors, including client implementation and market conditions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
